What added value can art bring in social intervention? Why develop social art in France?

On March 14, 2023, our association – Tête de l’emploi, was able to organize its multiplayer event, of the VISAS project. We chose to organize it in a Social Work Training Institute, in Montrouge, near Paris = IRTS Ile de France.
Among those invited were employees of various Social Work Training Institutes, and Social and Medico-Social Institutions. There was also the association Aphodèle-les ateliers du Pré, which works for the promotion and development of therapeutic art.
The exchanges were of quality, asking the following questions: What added value can art bring in social intervention? / Why develop social art in France?
The questions that now arise are: how can social work training institutes foster the development of social art training? How social and medico-social institutions can develop social art projects within their walls.
Our association will try to promote these developments in the medium and long term. Representatives of the association Tête de l’Emploi
